Chad Goretski started with Point of Beginning in 2019. Chad earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Geoscience through the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, which encompasses the fields of both Geology and Geography, and has a background in GIS & Spatial Analysis working as an intern for the Town of Rib Mountain and Rib Mountain Sanitary District. Chad will be assisting the Survey Department with topographic surveying drafting, general drafting and technical support.

Steve LaRose

Survey Technician

Steve LaRose has been with Point of Beginning since 2015. Steve's roles with POB are conducting topographic surveys, property surveys, and highway surveys. Steve earned his Associates Degree in Civil Engineering Highway Development through Mid-State Technical College in Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin and worked for the Stevens Point Parks Department. His certification is as follows: PCCTEC-1.

Professional Land Surveyor

Jordan Brost has been with Point of Beginning since 2013. Jordan graduated from Nicolet Area Technical College with a Associates Degree in Land Surveying and is now a PLS, Professional Land Surveyor. Prior to POB, a Land Surveying Firm out of Portage, Wisconsin employed Jordan and helped make him as knowledgeable as he is today.
