Upon months of master planning and fundraising, the Durand-Arkansaw School District raised enough money to support the “Bauer Built Sports Complex”.

Bauer Built Sports Complex consists of a synthetic turf football field, eight-lane track, shot put/discus, long jump/triple jump, pole vault areas, dedication wall, ticket booth/plaza, press box, extension of existing bleachers and pad, stadium lighting, storage shed, and renovations to the existing parking lot with room for future parking along with developing 2 new tennis courts at the High School.

Point of Beginning provided civil engineering, survey, and construction services for the redevelopment of Medford Area School District High School’s outdoor athletic complex.

This was a 3 phasic project – Phase 1 included the installation of a new home side bleacher with press box along with relocating 2 light poles; Phase 2 consisted of the installation of a new synthetic turf football field surface, eight-lane track, shot put/discus, long jump/triple jump, pole vault areas and a team’s room / storage building; and Phase 3 consisted of site design for the pool treatment room addition to the existing High School.

This project consisted of providing civil engineering, architectural design, and construction services for the redevelopment of the athletic facility for Merrill High School located in Merrill, Wisconsin. This project consisted of a renovated football stadium with rubberized track and field event spaces, a new entry statement, concession stand/restroom building, plaza, bleachers, and a stormwater management plan.

Point of Beginning provided assistance with master planning for a new athletic complex for the Hortonville Area School District, High School, located in Hortonville, Wisconsin.

The improvements include the installation of synthetic turf surface for the football and soccer fields, new home team bleachers with 2,004 seats and locker rooms, the relocation of existing home side bleachers and press box to the visitors side, two-way long and triple jump lanes, two-way pole vault lanes, a new plaza and concessions area, entry and ticket booths, new scoreboard, and flag poles. Additionally the design will include re-surfacing of the existing track, reconfiguration of the existing bleachers and the existing fence around the new bleacher layout, and widened concrete walkways to include lighting.

This project included a 9 Million Dollar site to include a synthetic turf field, softball fields, running track, bleacher seating for 3,000 spectators, concessions, and bathrooms.

This project included improvements to the entry way, refurbishing of stadium seating, installment of synthetic turf inside the track, relocation, and reconstruction of the pole vault, discus, and shot put events, and the construction of a competition soccer field.

This project is to be constructed in the summer of 2017 and will include a synthetic turf football/soccer field, bleachers, stadium lighting, and a gateway entry.

Point of Beginning also assistedthe architectural firm in regards to the inside placement of field events.

This project consisted of master planning for a new athletic complex that spans approximately 53 acres. This project has been divided into phases by client request. Phase I consisted of the development of a football stadium with track and field event spaces and phase II the baseball and softball fields, practice fields, and a pedestrian walk way. Phase II consisted of Varsity and JV baseball and softball fields, practice fields, parking lot, a pedestrian walk way, and soccer fields at the Middle School.
