Project Overview

Point of Beginning provided civil engineering, survey, and construction services for the redevelopment of Medford Area School District High School’s outdoor athletic complex.

This was a 3 phasic project – Phase 1 included the installation of a new home side bleacher with press box along with relocating 2 light poles; Phase 2 consisted of the installation of a new synthetic turf football field surface, eight-lane track, shot put/discus, long jump/triple jump, pole vault areas and a team’s room / storage building; and Phase 3 consisted of site design for the pool treatment room addition to the existing High School.
