Administrative Office Assistant
Charlenn Baumgartner joined Point of Beginning in 2018 to provide support in Administrative tasks, working alongside the Office Manager and Project & Marketing Coordinator to assist with directing Clients, Accounts Receivable/Payable and keeping order to the everyday life in the office. Previously, Charlenn had a long relationship at a mental health clinic as a Front Office Coordinator, providing Administrative support to the Business Manager and clinical staff. Charlenn holds a B.A. in History, Spanish and Political Science and is currently attending classes for Human Resources. With Charlenn’s extensive background in Office Administration and Customer Service, she makes the perfect fit for assisting our Employees and interacting with Clients.
Outside of work, Charlenn enjoys spending time with her husband Andrew and two girls, Elba and Elena. She also enjoys exercise (HIIT, bootcamp, long distance running), spending time with family and friends, reading and knitting.
