This project consisted of design and survey services for the development of an assisted living quarters located in Marshfield, Wisconsin. This project consisted of the construction of a building which included living suites, kitchen, meeting and recreational areas, and lobby. This project also included the development of a parking lot with associated driveways and sidewalks and a courtyard.

This project consisted of design services for the development of an approximate twelve acre site located in the City of Marshfield. The development consisted of a 15,270 square foot hospice center, which included patient rooms with handicapped accessible restrooms, family gathering areas, a chapel, kitchen, and dining areas. This project also included approximately 55 parking stalls and drives. Landscape Architecture services were provided to develop a meditation garden and pond.
