Platteville School District

Project Scope

The Platteville School District passed a referendum in November of 2022, one of the questions focused on the redevelopment of the High School Activities Complex. The proposed project scope includes a synthetic turf stadium and accessory fields, running track, field events, concession/restroom building, entryway w/ ticket booth, plaza area, 1,500 seat bleacher system w/ press box, sports lighting for the stadium, accessory and existing soccer fields, fencing and pedestrian walk ways.

West De Pere School District

Project Scope

High School – This project scope consisted of reconfiguration/expanded parking, stadium improvements to include sprint lane expansion, new home bleachers and concession/restroom/storage building and an indoor turf practice facility addition to the high school.
Middle School – This project scope consisted of resurfacing the existing parking lot/drop off and new concrete sidewalk.
Intermediate School – This project scope consisted of a new middle school building with a parent drop-off area, visitor parking and a new playground.
Elementary School – This project scope consisted of an expansion to the parking lot, new concrete sidewalk, a playground and new softball fields with concession/restroom building.
