Marshfield Clinic – Stevens Point Center

Point of Beginning provided Survey, Design, Landscape Architecture & Construction services for the Marshfield Clinic Stevens Point Center.

The scope of the project included a 15,000 SF cancer center addition to the existing clinic building and a parking lot expansion.

The existing Clinic was demolished and replaced with a new 6,500 sf Clinic that accommodates 2 – 3 full time providers, with imaging and laboratory services.

Point of Beginning provided survey, design and construction services for the expansion of Aspirus’s Stevens Point Clinic.

The projects scope included a 40,000 sf, 2 story addition that was built to Hospital Grade Construction, attaching to the south side of the existing clinic. The building expansion also included necessary site changes and parking lot expansion, both required to support the new building expansion.

Project Overview

This project consisted of survey and design services for the award-winning construction of the PreventionGenetics corporate headquarters located in Marshfield, Wisconsin. The project consisted of the construction of a 52,000 square foot building which included multiple conference rooms, a 140 seat Auditorium, lobby area, and restrooms.

Point of Beginning, along with PreventionGenetics LLC., the General Contractor, Architect, and other sub-contractors, was named one of the Top Projects of 2013 from the Daily Reporter

Project Overview

This project consisted of survey and design services for the PloverBone and Joint Clinic located in Plover, Wisconsin. This projected included an approximate 2,500 square foot addition to the existing building, along with revised parking lot configuration of 30 stalls.
