This project consisted of survey, design, and construction administration in the new construction of the Windsor Apartment Complex located in Stevens Point, Wisconsin. This project consisted of developing 216 apartments utilizing a mix of 8 unit and 16 unit complexes along with associated garages, parking, drives, walkways and site utilities.
