This project consisted of survey and design services for the construction of a new hotel and convention center located in Stevens Point, Wisconsin. The project consisted of the construction a new three floor building, which consists of a lobby, 149 hotel rooms, waterpark, a connected restaurant, and a 38,000 square-foot convention center. This project also consisted of the development of a stormwater detention pond and parking lot with associated drives and sidewalks.
