This project consisted of survey and design service for the development of a multi-tenant retail strip mall. The retail center was a part of an overall Master Plan, which entailed of a multi-family development and retail center. This project also consisted of walkways, parking, and drives. During the construction of this project, additional coordination with the Portage County Highway Department was needed due to the reconstruction of cross streets.
