The Construction Engineering Division of POB is directed by Dan St. Pierre, PE. This group assists the Design Engineering Division providing construction oversite of requested projects that may include roads, bridges, railroads, buildings and much more. Within this division there are three teams, Construction Observation, Material Testing, & Site Maintenance, each committing specific tasks to include assisting the owner in contracts, overseeing the construction process, testing / inspection, and construction layout. All of these tasks implemented by POB help build confidence within the Owner group that project specifications and plans are met throughout the construction process by the contractor and sub-contractors.
