Brian “Gus” Jurgella is the Leader of our 3D Modeling Division within POB. Brian has over 12 years of extensive knowledge and has completed more than 500 take-offs and 3D Models for various companies.
GPS Control / 3D Surface Modeling
POB offers an easy start to your project plan with on-site GPS Control and 3D Surface Modeling. Our highly skilled and intelligent team of professionals can first, produce a 3D model per project specifications, and then load them into your GPS system.
Our Team is also working on-site with Clients, helping them understand and calibrate their high tech machines for easy project take-off.
Earthwork Take-Offs
Accuracy and precision are key components while composing an Earthwork Take-Off for your client - both of which are essential to POB’s process.
Built from a site plan/electronic files and compared to the existing topographic survey map, these take-offs will tell you a definite dirt cut & fill computation and site improvement quantities to start your project.
