Geno Carlson

Senior Design Technician

Geno Carlson has been with Point of Beginning since 2017 as a Project Manager & Senior Design Technician. Geno's role with POB entails designing & drafting construction plans, streamlining design procedures and integrating comprehensive drafting standards. Geno graduated from Saskatchewan Institute of Applied Science and Technology, Moose Jaw, SK, with a degree in CADD technology and is certified in Autodesk Civil 3D, making him the perfect fit for our design team with his keen eye for drafting composition. Prior to POB, Geno designed and drafted for an engineering company in Medicine Hat, Alberta and toured the US & Europe as a professional musician.

Behind-The-Scenes

For fun, Geno likes to spend time with his wife & pets, listening to music and watching sports & documentary films. Geno's most fun memory is when he was the lead guitarist in a theatrical production of Rock of Ages.
